Challenge Categories

What they mean and why we chose them.

Community

The community challenges are about building and strengthening relationships, reaching out to your community and loving your neighbor. We all have those moments when a thought of kindness plays in our brain and then passes on by. These challenges will help you ACT on those kind thoughts. They will vary in type of community, from reaching out to an old friend, making new friends, sharing kindness with strangers, leaving encouraging notes in public places and so much more.

Fitness

These challenges encourage you to move! No one likes to do it alone. We’ve got you. We will sweat with you. We will stretch with you. We will walk with you every step. Next to feeling better and stronger, you will always have accountability and encouragement. The focus in these fitness challenges will vary, as well as their difficulty! We have a plan for that too… each fitness challenge will be labeled with level of difficulty so you can choose if it’s right for you before we even get started. Of our founders, each sister has a different style of fitness and different expertise. We will meet you where you’re at to help enhance your fitness experience. Some of the challenges will focus on outdoor activity, some on specific muscle group development and strength training, others will be establishing habits of endurance and balance, as well as yoga from our certified yoga instructor, and recovery tips from our practicing PTA. We believe that movement is essential to health and happiness, but we’re not meant to go through highs and lows alone. We are all coming from very different fitness levels as well, so please don’t feel intimidated. No matter where you’re starting from, or where you’re going, fitness is a lifestyle and a journey you don’t have to walk alone.

Personal Growth

These challenges will give you time to focus on you! They will extend into the deeper parts of us, the need for time alone, meditation, spiritual growth, exercising the brain and, in a more practical sense, focusing on your finances and home organization. We all need those little reminders that it’s okay to spend time on you. In attempting to refocus, we often find ourselves growing in ways we couldn’t imagine. Though these challenges may stretch us emotionally, or mentally, they will also strengthen us. And here’s the best part… you don’t have to do this alone either! Here you can receive and give encouragement to your sisters as you focus on you, those around you will feel the benefits as well.

Wellness

These challenges will help us improve our nutritional health. They may vary from food health, to heart health, practicing good sleeping habits, taking vitamins, eliminating insulin spikes, researching primal diets, playing with fermentation, learning new recipes, practicing natural remedies and so much more. Let food be to nourish your soul, not just to satisfy a craving… though sometimes the challenges may do that too!

Goal Set. Challenge Accepted!

The primary goal of these challenges is to create a community of genuine sisterhood and lifelong friends. We are here to take on the challenges in healthy competition, encourage one another in life and build each other up in love.

This is the ultimate challenge, to be a good sister.
