Meet The Founders that Started SHE…

Talitha
I am Talitha Dombey! Sister one of six! “No man is a failure who has friends” but a woman who has sisters will never fail! (I added that last part). I made it to my 30s! I have a husband and three crazy beautiful kids, 3 years and under. We love to drag our kids on lots of different adventures but we are also realizing that adventuring looks much different with children. This is my current season! Most days I love it but all days I need encouragement and companionship outside of this beautiful bubble that is the Dombey home. When somebody wins an award there is a very important reason why they start out with, “I would like to thank…” And that’s because no matter where you’re going or what you have in front of you, it’s much easier to succeed and overcome when you have an entire sisterhood in your corner. No matter what “season” you are in, as a woman there will always be days of triumph, days of trial, days of fear and days of freedom but there will never be a day when you are all alone. So now that I’m 30 I realize that just because you’re the oldest doesn’t mean you’re always the one to lead or set an example. As you get older you become equals and you rely on one another. strength doesn’t show up equally for us all each day but when we are committed to doing life together, strength is never lacking. This is what I hope you will find here at sisterhood Enterprise.

Genevieve
Overcomer, Daughter of the King, your biggest Cheerleader, “Mamma.”
Among the aforementioned, I am Genevieve Richter. I am a NW native, mother to 2 beautiful girls, teammate for life to an Indiana boy gone Oregon Architect, and abundantly invested in the relationships that bring so much meaning to my world. The entrepreneur spirit has been modeled to me by those I have held in highest esteem throughout my life. I came nothing short of inheriting a love for sewing my own roots, having a clear vision of what I want, and going full force until I achieve it. All that is not said without acknowledging the bumps, blurs in vision, and roadblocks that are inevitable when setting out on almost any journey. I believe the word “overcomer” is inspiring, in that to me, it represents being faced with something that in hindsight should have brought us so low we could have not recovered – being an overcomer, you choose to recover, to reclaim and to conquer whatever battle you face, in order to live a life of strength, light, and peace. I’ve walked that journey, and am proud to say I’m better for it. I am a daughter of the King. By that, I mean, I have given my heart to my God and I have found no greater confidence than to know that I am seen as perfect and precious in His eyes. I doubt myself too – I see insecurity and anxiety as one of the greatest battles we face as women. I want to be a cheerleader and a support system for every woman in my life. It’s more fun to cheer each other on than to knock each other down, am I right? While my callings are many, my greatest calling is motherhood. Creating life, the birth experience, and raising children has brought more purpose into my world then I could have ever asked for or imagined. Truely, incomprehensible, the shaping of ourselves that takes place once stepping into motherhood.
Hobbies/Purpose…. I believe in exploring. Exploration of mind, nature, energy, creativity, fitness, all of it. My soul is connected to the sands of the pacific coast, giant pine landscapes, and the mountain tops of the PNW. There isn’t much that brings me more serenity than sitting and staring at the ocean or finding a giant waterfall and gazing in wonder. I know that sounds cliche, but the invigorating and waking up of mind, body, soul that happens time after time after time, is anything but.
I am also a lover of a solid shopping spree, a hot bath, a glass of wine on the couch, bikinis on a boat, and throwing an incredible party. I plan events and am a business partner. I love finding purpose outside of my home and contributing to a community. I am ready to meet so many amazing new souls and to thrive together!

AndraLea
Hi! My name is AndraLea Kieswether, Andra for short. I am number 3 in the sisters lineup. Age 27 and counting. I am a wife to soon to be AF officer and computer scientist, as well as mother to our beautiful daughter, Norah, age 18m, dog-mom to our three year old German shepherd, Neo, and expecting our second child due September 2021. While they all keep me busy, my personal interests and activities usually revolve around food and nature. Hiking, camping or snowboarding are my happy places and I go to them often. I have always had a passion in pursuing personal nutrition and playing with flavor, but three years ago I took my love for cooking to another level and started a breakfast burrito food cart. This year I am closing the chapter on the food business, but my love for food and experimenting with nutrition and flavor will never end. As we await orders from the military, I am focusing on spending time with my community at home. My sisters have been an incredible support group through every stage of life. Having women who know you, and who stand beside you no matter what, has been an immeasurable blessing in my life. I can’t wait to extend the connection and be a part of a larger group of strong, unique women, meeting each other wherever they’re at, and inspiring each other while simply doing life together.

Michaela
Hi there! My name is Michaela. I am the sixth child, and 4th girl in my family. I fall into, and share the middle with my sister Andralea. Growing up with five sisters there was a fair share of competition. competition like any other word can be viewed and used in different ways. I always prided myself in not being competitive. Not needing to prove myself. Not needing to show that I was better. Secretly inside, I still pushed myself but never vocalized what I wanted to prove, because I feared the accountability. I worried someone else would know I tried and failed. Luckily for me, my sisters would never view anything I did as a failure. They only always encouraged, strengthened and pushed me to become the happiest, healthiest and best version of myself. Through the years they have helped me through a complacent mentality I put upon myself at a young age. As I’ve grown into the women I am today, not only do I recognize that this is something I struggle with but I see the things I also have strength in. The only person in my way of growth was myself. I thank God everyday for the blessing of the women in my life. For their ability to build me up, laugh with me, and love me in my lowest moments. This kind of union is unbreakable, and irreplaceable. I am so passionate to share with you all the fullness of life you experience when you are built up by the women around you. And the gift received when you build them up as well.

Annalise
I am number 5 in the sisterhood. Number 7 in the siblinghood. Number 22 in years of life. Growing up in a big family was fun as I had five awesome sisters to spend time with. I felt lucky to tag along on great adventures to the mountain, to the hot springs, to the trail. We kept each other in check for our school and cleaning and exercising or whatever was the interest at the time. Currently, I am interested in movement and the human body. I work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at a Pediatric clinic and as a Strength Coach and Tech at a Sports PT clinic. Outside of work, I like to do different sports and activities, my favorite of which typically include the outdoors! And of course, in spending time with my family and friends. I also love learning about healthy living. I feel blest in that I grew up in an environment that encouraged healthy living. I have had many good friends but I’ve always considered my sisters as my best friends. My sisters and my mom were living out healthy living and so I was always encouraged toward it. But beyond the healthy diets and the exercise challenges. They, and my whole family really, created an environment of fun, genuineness, love, and enjoyment of life. What feels like community. And in having that so richly I desire to seek it out in different environments, to create it, and to share in it. Community. I am excited to build a community in SHE to encourage, excite, and help each other in the pursuit of life.

EmberLynn
Hey everyone! My name is Emberlynn Mack. I am a 17 year old senior in high school. I run cross country and track and enjoy road trips, surfing, and skiing and I love music. I am the youngest sister in my family (number 6). I absolutely love spending time with my sisters. They have had some of the biggest impacts in my life. Each one of them have been an amazing example to me. And just like sisters I have my two best friends, Arianna and Ellie. They are the most fun and encouraging friends that I have. It is so important to have people/sisters in your life that are there for you through your journey of life. Community is one of the most important things to focus on in life. Your community is what/who will be there for you when you need, in the same way you should be there for your community. I know so many people that aren’t connected with their community and it is something that keeps them from a lot of joy and comfort. In my life I have gone through difficult situations that have had a very impactful effect on who I am. If I had gone through my difficulties alone then the effects could have been negative. Thanks to the people around me being a comfort and encouragement to me I believe those effects were positive. My hope is that you can find comfort and safety in community through sisterhood.
